This Saturday, the Green and Golds return to competitive action in the Lancashire Cup against Ashton under Lynne RUFC 1st XV at Melbourne Ave.

Despite relegation last season, the spirits around the club remain high with improved numbers at training and some familiar faces returning to the fold.

There is a genuine feel-good factor around at the minute with a lot of new faces taking on leadership roles both on and off the field which will no doubt transfer to on-pitch results
